Susan McLaughlin
Susan joined the team at Cheryl DuCote Interior Architecture & Design in August 2004 and continues to be an invaluable asset. Originally hired as a design assistant, Susan has easily risen to senior designer. Beginning her career with culinary school, Susan has been a top chef at many established, high-end San Francisco restaurants. This experience has made her an expert in the functionality of a working kitchen, translating into the some of the most beautiful kitchens that our clients delight to cook in.
Susan decided to switch careers a decade ago by returning to school for her interior design degree. Prior to joining Cheryl DuCote Interior Architecture & Design, Susan worked for architects, honing her natural design instincts and AutoCAD skills. Today, these skills, along with her keen eye for design, allow our clients to really see how their homes can be transformed. Susan's ability to pair upholstered furniture with casegoods, color with light, and traditional with modern, are key to giving each client a unique home.
